Creative expression provides opportunities for children to try out new ideas and develop their imagination. It also helps them to develop self-confidence, communication skills and sense of identity .Keeping this thought in mind, class II organized a speaking activity ‘If I was Santa Claus ’on 15th December, 2020. The young Dipsites looked absolutely adorable in Santa’s attire, white beard and with a big bag of gifts. They expressed themselves so beautifully being Santa Claus while enacting like him. They shared their plan of helping less fortunate children, riding on the sleigh, distributing toys to every child in the world etc. Our little Santa’s performed with good expressions, voice modulation and great confidence. Some of them used creative props and set up colourful backdrop to make the activity more interesting. The students were awarded e-badges and e-certificates for their delightful presentations.
