Christmas nurtures the spirit of love, joy, sharing and caring. Soaking in the spirit of Christmas, young Dipsites of class Nursery and Prep enjoyed week long virtual Christmas Celebration from December 20-December 24, 2021. The significance of the festival was explained through a Christmas story and PPT. Various facts related to the festival were also discussed through the presentation. Students of Nursery participated in different art integrated activities such as letter Christmas tree with paper plate, play dough candies, cookies and gingerbread, hopscotch number game using Santa finger puppet. These activities were absolutely a great fun filled learning experience for kids. Students of class Prep made a Santa Claus face and beautiful wreath with handprints. Students sang melodious carols and dressed up in Santa’s costume. Caps, headgears and facemasks added charm to the look. Children decorated cakes and muffins with their tiny magical hands and relished them with their family members. The entry of virtual Santa Claus on the beats of Jingle bells was an element of surprise. Their joy knew no bounds. Santa gave the message of peace, joy and love that must be spread to help the less beholden. The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was visible on the faces of all the students.

Students of Little Wonders Wing also enjoyed virtual New Year Party on December 30, 2021 with great enthusiasm. They made a New Year Card using their creative and imaginative minds, relished the yummy snacks and then tapped their feet on party songs. They wished Happy New Year to each other and said goodbye to year 2021. It’s time to welcome the New Year with new hopes and dreams.
