Admission - The Procedure

The admission process at DPS Greater Faridabad is trouble-free and transparent.
Registration is the first step for seeking admission in DPS Greater Faridabad.

The Registration Form can be downloaded from the website or can be collected form the school. The duly filled in and signed form should be submitted, along with a demand draft for Rs. 500/- in favour of Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad, payable at Faridabad, and self-attested copy of birth certificate should be submitted.
Admission in Nursery to Class II will be through interaction with parents and the child. Admission test is compulsory for Class III to Class VII. 
Date and timings for interaction/admission test will be intimated at the time of submission of registration form and on the school’s website. You can apply online through the website. Before filling the form, please refer to the detailed instructions carefully.
Children of age three years or more as on 31st March, 2013 are eligible for registration in class Nursery for the academic session 2013-2014.

Note: Incomplete registration forms will be rejected.

The list of the selected students will be displayed on the website as well as in the school (DPS, sector 19, Faridabad). Parents shall also be informed telephonically, although parents are required to confirm with the school regarding the status of admission.

On confirmation, parents are required to deposit the fees within the last date. The school shall not entertain any late deposit of fees, thereby, confirmation of admission after the due date. The admission shall stand canceled in case of non deposit of fees within stipulated time and the seat shall be given to students in the waiting list.

Admission/Enrolment form along with the prospectus will be available for the students whose admissions have been confirmed. They are required to submit the duly filled & signed form with all the information and details along with the fee as per the fee structure of the school through Bank Draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad, payable at Faridabad, Haryana. Parents must ensure that all the documents mentioned in the form are submitted.

Documents to be Submitted Along with Admission Form by Selected Students:

• Date of Birth Certificate
• Duly signed TC & Report Card of the previous school (if applicable)
• Medical Fitness Certificate of the child by Doctor
• Proof of Residence (Passport/ Latest Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Ration Card)
• Photographs of the child & parents
• Payment Receipt

Parents of selected candidates will be called for verification of original documents as per schedule.

Further influencing any D.P.S. staff or Management directly or indirectly can lead to strict penal action and complete rejection immediately by the school authority.
